Many of our properties are located in the historic City of Chester, Pennsylvania; an urban community which is slated for continued growth. The owner of Notrub II was born and raised in the Chester Community and is dedicated to seeing his hometown flourish.
Notrub II’s residential options range from 2-3+ bedroom homes to 1-3-bedroom apartments. Our tenants come from all walks of life; but share a common goal: the desire to live in clean, affordable first-rate housing. We understand that our tenants have a choice when finalizing where they’ll live. So, we present the best product possible, so that choice is easy to make.

Widener University (a Wall Street Journal ranked Top Ten Philadelphia-area School) is dedicated to the City and companies like Harrah’s Casino as well; who established residency in 2007.
